Provisions contained in the Personal Data Protection Code (“Privacy Code”), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 69 of May 28, 2012, implementing European Directive 2009\/136\/EC as well as EU Regulation 2016\/679.In accordance with EU Regulation 2016\/679 containing the “Personal Data Protection Code”, the undersigned, as Data Controller, informs you that personal data acquired with reference to established relationships will be processed in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to personal data protection.
