Bank Transfer
To proceed:
Fill out the form indicating the name of the person making the bank transfer, required for invoice issuance. Also provide the tax code and residential address of the same person for correct invoicing.
Include the following reference in the bank transfer: Gift Card from “First Name” and “Last Name”
Send an email to luciastrafella1@gmail.com attaching:
• The bank transfer receipt.
• The name of the person or people giving the Gift Card.

Invoicing
The selected amount is considered VAT inclusive.
Issuance Timeline
The Gift Card will be issued within 3 business days from receipt of the bank transfer and will be sent via email in digital format.
Validity and Use
• The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
• It can be used for all services offered by Lucia Strafella.
• The amount must be used in full for a single experience and cannot be divided across multiple occasions.
Name Change or Refund
• The Gift Card is issued to a specific person but can be transferred to another person upon email notification and confirmation by Lucia Strafella.
• The Gift Card is non-refundable and any remaining credit expires automatically at the end of the validity period.
